If the message you receive when trying to play the video says “This is a placeholder video,” your video may have not been created yet. If your video is not playing on your virtual tour and it has been 2-3 business days since you have submitted your tour set-up, please get in touch with your sales rep or you can Submit A Ticket
request to let us know.
If your video says “Video removed by user,” or “Duplicate Video,” there might be an issue with the video uploading to Youtube. This can be fixed by submitting a ticket
through Helpdesk or by contacting your sales rep.
